I'm very familiar with the phrase, "Everyone welcome."
My teacher says this, as he opens the door to a newly erected structure, a Kadampa World Peace Temple, every time. I've watched the videos, as he welcomes, everyone, with a big smile and an open heart. These words, "Everyone, welcome" is etched over the entrance of every Kadampa World Peace Temple, and on the door to every Kadampa center worldwide. Geshe Kelsang wants everyone to know they are welcome inside.
This open-heart, open-arm, everyone welcome, total and complete equanimity toward others, is Geshe Kelsang's natural way of being.
This way of being I can hope to embody fully.
In the meantime, here are some signs that caught my eye and my attention along the way.
